Don't Worry... Be Happy!

21st January 2008, some researchers claim, is probably the worst day of the year. But don't despair, because help is at hand in the guise of a special saint who signposts people to antidotes to the December and January Blues.

Under the patronage of St Pio, this page offers free pick-me-ups for people from all faiths and none.

If all of your Christmas and New Year resolutions have already gone to the wind, and you’re finding it hard to think that spring is around the corner, our Don't Worry Be Happy Day and this page is for you!

James
How can I improve my life?

Hallo? Yes. I'd like some information about myself.

This is a question that we all ask ourselves from time to time. If you're starting to feel the full consequences of Christmas and New Year spending and binging, you’re not alone.  December and January are months when many people feel the strain.

The reality is that no amount of worrying can help us solve our problems. Worry simply causes stress.  Rest assured that there is always hope that your situation can improve. Check out your special "improvement" web page

"I am telling you not to worry about your life... Look at the birds in the sky.  They do not sow or reap or gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them.  Are you not worth much more than they are? Can any of you, for all of his worrying, add one single cubit to his span of life?"
Jesus Christ, taken from Matthew's Gospel, chapter  6, verses 25 - 27
